The main material is made of 100% recycled polyester with a water column of 10 00 and moisture transport properties of 10 000 g/m2/24h. The jacket has a decorative slanted zipper in a contrasting color to prevent chafing and friction on the chin, as well as several adjustment options. A shell jacket in 2-layer quality has outer fabric and membrane laminated together. The inside of the jacket will often have a loose mesh lining. This helps transport moisture away from the body, while protecting the membrane. The mesh lining also builds up an air pocket, which means that jackets in 2-layer quality often feel warmer than jackets in 3-layer quality. This garment contains recycled textile material. Recycled materials are durable, functional and in terms of quality just as good as non-recycled textile materials.
